Join us to participate in the annual Amherst Pride Day on Saturday, May 20, 2017. Free gloves and bags are available at the Main Street Community Center. We invite individuals, families, church groups, service clubs and youth groups to help us clean parks, ravines, alley's, mulching, planting and roadsides of Amherst. You can form your own group or join a group that is already organized. This is a great way to meet new people in our community!
Take notice of areas that need attention. Perhaps it is your local park or a nearby roadside. Take the lead to organize a clean-up in your neighborhood!
To ensure all areas of Amherst are cleaned and efforts are not duplicated we encourage you to register by contacting Main Street Amherst at firstname.lastname@example.org or (440) 984-6709.
Thank you to our dedicated volunteers and sponsors, Lorain County Commissioners & City of Amherst, who make this event a success every year!
